Applied to bookings of 7 days or less. This fee is non-refundable once the stay has begun.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refund timelines vary by payment method — typically 5–10 business days. No-shows and early departures are treated as non-refundable cancellations.

In the event of a documented emergency, cancellation terms may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the owner's discretion. We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Booking dates are confirmed only upon receipt of the full deposit. The property owners reserve the right to cancel a booking due to extraordinary circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Booking Terms

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM · Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
  • Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (2 bedrooms + sofa bed)
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
  • The property is located within a private gated community. All guests must comply with The Village at Corasol community rules and regulations.
  • Luggage drop-off prior to check-in may be arranged with advance notice.
  • Long-term stays are welcome — please inquire directly for extended stay rates.
  • Subletting or re-listing the property is strictly prohibited.
  • Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval from the owners.
Rules

House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property.
  • Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking.
  • Please respect neighbors and maintain appropriate noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
  • Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property and in common areas of the community for guest safety.
  • Access to the Costa Beach Club and other community amenities is subject to current Corasol community policies and may require prior reservation or carry additional fees.
Legal

Liability & Disclaimer

The property owners are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their party while on the premises and within the Corasol community.

The owners make every effort to ensure the property is accurately represented. However, amenity availability — including beach club access, golf course access, gym, and spa — is subject to change based on community policies and is not guaranteed.

By completing a booking, guests agree to all policies outlined on this page. These terms constitute the full agreement between the guest and the property owners and supersede any prior verbal or written communications.
